UK law, with legislation including the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and the Electricity at Work Regulations (1989), requires all electrical equipment used in, or association with, the workplace to be safe and maintained to prevent harm to workers. This process is known as PAT (portable appliance testing) and needs to be carried out by a competent person on a regular basis. AC Electrical Services is ideally placed to help.
